ALTERATIONS AND RETURNS

We hope that you’ll be pleased with your choice of Conglomer products but if you’re not then we will do everything to satisfy you.
  • Conglomer’s garments are online custom made garments. Sometimes, it is difficult to meet the perfect fit without going to a tailor shop, where tailor reads your body structure, takes measurements and notes additional information about your body type in person and you generally have 2-3 tries of the fitting. Please be informed that Conglomer offers most affordable prices available online / offline in today’s custom made business.
  • Because this is our strict policy to display 100% original color and texture of products on our webstore for our customer. The pictures of products displayed on our webstore are taken by our own photographers without any post picture customization in color and texture. It is important to understand that the product can be slightly different in color and texture from the image displayed on our webstore due to your display screen resolution.
  • Every garment is 100% custom made according to the customer’s choice of customization. Hence we do not accept returns for any reason except production error.
  • If the customer selects standard size (shirt: 14 ½, 15, 15 ½, so on… and suit: 32, 34, 36, so on…) from the size chart shown on the webstore, customer is required to select the perfect size according to his body measurements. The numbers shown in our standard size charts are finished garment sizes. There is strictly no-return policy on standard sizes unless the production error found.
  • In case of production error, the customer is required to visit www.conglomershop.com to fill Return Management Authorization (RMA) form to log in the reason for your returning the item, but within 14 days from the shipping date.
  • Customer may be asked to send a picture of him/herself wearing the shirt showing the error. In other case of measurement error, we require pictures showing the wrong measurements. If your request for return is accepted, the customer will be notified immediately.
  • In case the production error is found;
    • Pakistan: We will refund PKR 200.00 per shirt and PKR 500.00 per suit within 7-10 business days to facilitate customer to fix issues from the local tailor which will save customer from additional shipping charges for returning the items to our factory. Your refund will be issued in shape of discount coupon code which will be used for the next purchase to get that refund amount from the total cart value.
    • Worldwide: we will refund US$ 7.00 per shirt and US$ 25.00 per suit within 7-10 business days to facilitate customer to fix issues from the local tailor which will save customer from additional shipping charges for returning the items to our factory. Your refund will be issued in shape of discount coupon code which will be used for the next purchase to get that refund amount from the total cart value.
  • In case the customer does not want refund and wants us to fix issues, customer has to send goods to our factory address by accepting to pay shipping charges. We will fix those issues and will send back goods to the given address by accepting to pay shipping charges from our own account. This option is available to customers from Pakistan only.
  • There is strictly NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy on Stitch My Fabric services.
